The Potteries are born out of a desire to keep the great history and stories of the site of the old Hornsea Pottery. We are located on this site and constantly get visitors asking about the pottery so we thought lets open one. It’s a bit different in that we have opened a pottery painting studio to allow people to paint their own version of ‘Hornsea Pottery’ when they visit us. We will also be displaying original pottery from bygone days in our studio. We have been on Hornsea Freeport for a number of year trading from out Fresco gourmet Coffee premises which are next door to our new venture. Both shops will be serving our famous coffee brand in a number of flavours and tastes. The Potteries will be serving traditional afternoon teas  as well as offering snacks and meals. Added to our intention to hold painting workshops , parties for all ages , classes and much much more it will soon be a place of interest and visitor attraction when holidaying in the area.
